Product Profile
Product Name Ephrin A2 antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Mouse Monoclonal antibody [1E12] to Ephrin A2This gene encodes a member of the ephrin family. The protein is composed of a signal sequence, a receptor-binding region, a spacer region, and a hydrophobic region. The EPH and EPH-related receptors comprise the largest subfamily of receptor protein-tyrosine kinases and have been implicated in mediating developmental events, particularly in the nervous system. Based on their structures and sequence relationships, ephrins are divided into the ephrin-A (EFNA) class, which are anchored to the membrane by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol linkage, and the ephrin-B (EFNB) class, which are transmembrane proteins. Posttranslational modifications determine whether this protein localizes to the nucleus or the cytoplasm. [provided by RefSeq]

Application

Application

Anti-EFNA2 mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected with EFNA2

Application

HEK293T cells transfected with either RC213728 overexpress plasmid(Red) or empty vector control plasmid(Blue) were immunostained by anti-EFNA2 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

Application

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY EFNA2 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-EFNA2.
Application Notes ICC/IF 1:100 :
