Sample: HeLa cells, 0.4M TSA-treated for 18hr, were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Histone H3 (acetyl Lys9) protein stained by Histone H3 (acetyl Lys9) antibody [MABI0305] diluted at 1:1000. Red: alpha Tubulin antibody diluted at 1:500.
