Myc-tag antibody detects Myc-tag protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and Myc-tagged protein-transfected (+), 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Myc-tag antibody diluted by 1:20000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.Application
