Product Profile
Product Name p38 gamma antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Mouse monoclonal antibody [10E1] to p38 gammaResponds to activation by environmental stress and pro-inflammatory cytokines by phosphorylating downstream targets. Plays a role in myoblast differentiation and also in the down-regulation of cyclin D1 in response to hypoxia in adrenal cells suggesting MAPK12 may inhibit cell proliferation while promoting differentiation.

Application

Application

HEK293T cells transfected with either MAPK12 overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-MAPK12 antibody , and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

Application

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY MAPK12 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MAPK12.

Application

Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded pancreas tissue using anti-MAPK12mouse monoclonal antibody. ( Dilution 1:50)

Application

Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded breast tissue using anti-MAPK12 mouse monoclonal antibody. ( Dilution 1:50)
Application Notes Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.:
