Product Profile
Product Name PARP antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Mouse Monoclonal antibody to PARP (poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase 1)This gene encodes a chromatin-associated enzyme, poly(ADP-ribosyl)transferase, which modifies various nuclear proteins by poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation. The modification is dependent on DNA and is involved in the regulation of various important cellular processes such as differentiation, proliferation, and tumor transformation and also in the regulation of the molecular events involved in the recovery of cell from DNA damage. In addition, this enzyme may be the site of mutation in Fanconi anemia, and may participate in the pathophysiology of type I diabetes. [provided by RefSeq]
Immunogen Recombinant protein encompassing a sequence within the center region of human PARP1. The exact sequence is proprietary.

Application

Application

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PARP antibody [GT6212] diluted at 1:1000.

Application

PARP1 antibody [GT6212] detects PARP1 protein by Western blot analysis. A. 30 µg 293T whole cell lysate/extract B. 30 µg A431 whole cell lysate/extract C. 30 µg HeLa whole cell lysate/extract D. 30 µg HepG2 whole cell lysate/extract E. 30 µg A375 whole cell lysate/extract 7.5 % SDS-PAGE PARP1 antibody [GT6212] dilution: 1:1000

Application

PARP1 antibody [GT6212] detects PARP1 protein by Western blot analysis. A. 30 µg HCT116 whole cell lysate/extract (untreated) B. 30 µg HCT116 whole cell lysate/extract (30µM Cisplatin treatment for 24hr) 7.5 % SDS-PAGE PARP1 antibody [GT6212] dilution: 1:1000

Application

PARP antibody [GT6212] detects PARP protein at nucleus in human Hep G2 by immunohistochemical analysis. Sample: Paraffin-embedded human Hep G2. PARP antibody [GT6212] diluted at 1:250.
