Application
This antibody stained human brain stroke (including control cortex and stroke core areas) tissue. The primary antibody was incubated at 2.5 mg/ml overnight at 4˚C. This was followed by a fluorophore conjugated secondary antibody. Optimal concentrations and conditions may vary.

Application
To detect hMidkine by sandwich ELISA (using 100 ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5 - 2.0 ug/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with ProSci’s Biotinylated Anti-Human Midkine (XP-5230Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hMidkine.
