Monoclonal Mouse Antibody to Human Granulocyte Associated Antigen CD15The specificity of this antibody is similar to antibodies Leu-M1, TU 9 and VIM-D5, recognizing an epitope involving the carbohydrate sequence 3-fucosyl-N-acetyllacetosamine. This antibody reacts with an antigen located on mature granulocytes and on Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg cells.
Immunogen
Purified neutrophils from normal human peripheral blood.
Key Feature

Monoclonal
Isotype
IgM
Clone Number
C3D-1
Host Species
Mouse
Tested Applications
IHC-P
This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:10-1:25 in an ABC method, the final dilution should be determined by the user. We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 1mM EDTA buffer, pH 8.0 or Tris-EDTA buffer, pH 9.0 prior to immunostaining.:
