Product Profile
Product Name FKBP1A antibody
Antibody Type Primary Antibodies
Product description Mouse monoclonal antibody [3B3] to FKBP1AMay play a role in modulation of ryanodine receptor isoform-1 (RYR-1), a component of the calcium release channel of skeletal muscle sarcoplasmic reticulum. There are four molecules of FKBP12 per skeletal muscle RYR. PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. It catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides.

Application

Application

HEK293T cells transfected with either pCMV6-ENTRY FKBP1A

Application

Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Adenocarcinoma of colon tissue using anti-FKBP1A mouse monoclonal antibody. ( Dilution 1:50)

Application

Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Kidney tissue using anti-FKBP1A mouse monoclonal antibody. ( Dilution 1:50)

Application

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY FKBP1A (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-FKBP1A.
