ICC/IF analysis of HEK293T cells using H4K20me3 antibody (green), CREST antibody (pink) and DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and blocked with PBS containing 0.1% Tween, 2% BSA, and 5% normal goat serum. Cells were immunofluorescently with H4K20me3 antibody at a dilution of 1:200 (green). Cells were mounted with Vectashield containing DAPI.Application
